The judicial district of Fassa was the District Court Fassa under standing judicial district in the princely county of Tyrol . The judicial district included the Fassa Valley , was part of the Trentino and belonged to the Cavalese district .

After the First World War , Austria had to cede the entire judicial district to Italy .

history

The judicial district of Fassa was created by a proclamation of the Provincial Court Introductory Commission in 1849 and originally comprised the seven municipalities of Campitello , Canazej , Mazzin , Perra , Pozza , Soraga and Vigo .

The judicial district Fassa formed political from judicial administration from 1868 together with the district court in the course of separation Cavalese the district Cavalese . The judicial district of Fassa had a population of 4,359 in 1869.

In 1910, 4,166 people were expelled from the judicial district, 12 of whom stated  German (0.3%) and 4,152 Italian or Ladin (99.7%) as their colloquial language.

Due to the border regulations of the Treaty of Saint-Germain concluded on September 10, 1919 , the judicial district of Fassa was completely slammed into Italy.
