The judicial district of Zell am Ziller is a judicial district in the state of Tyrol which is subordinate to the District Court of Zell am Ziller . The judicial district is next to the judicial district Schwaz one of two judicial districts in the political district of Schwaz.

history

The judicial district of Zell am Ziller was created by an announcement made by the State Court Introductory Commission in 1849 and originally comprised the 15 communities of Aschau , Brandberg , Distelberg , Finkenberg , Gerlos , Gerlosberg , Heinzenberg , Kaltenbach , Leimach , Mayrhofen , Ransberg , Rohrberg , Schwendau , Schwendberg , Tux , Zell and Zellberg .

In the course of the separation of the political and judicial administration from 1868, the judicial district of Zell am Ziller together with the judicial districts of Fügen and Schwaz formed the district of Schwaz .

With the ordinance of the federal government of March 29, 1923, the neighboring judicial district of Fügen was dissolved and its area was added to the judicial district of Zell. As of June 1, 1923, the area of ​​the judicial district of Zell am Ziller was expanded to include the communities of Fügen , Fügenberg , Gattererberg , Hart , Pongratzenberg , Ried , Schlitters , Stumm , Stummerberg and Uderns .
