The judicial district of Hall in Tirol (mostly: judicial district of Hall (in Tirol) ; from 1938 to 1974 judicial district of Solbad Hall in Tirol ) is a judicial district in the state of Tyrol that is subordinate to the district court of Hall in Tirol . Along with the Telfs and Innsbruck judicial districts, it is one of three judicial districts in the Innsbruck-Land political district .

history

The judicial district of Hall was created by a proclamation of the State Court Introductory Commission passed in 1849 and originally comprised the 23 communities Absam , Ampaß , Arzl , Baumkirchen , Fritzens , Gampas , Gnadenwald , Großvolderberg , Hall , Kleinvolderberg , Kolsaß , Kolsaßberg , Mils , Mühlau , Rinn , Rum , Terfens , Thaur , Tulfs , Vöglsberg , Volders , Wattenberg and Wattens .

The judicial district of Innsbruck made political from judicial administration from 1868 as part of the separation, together with the jurisdictions Telfs , Mieders , Steinach and Innsbruck the district Innsbruck area , with the city of Innsbruck became the Statutory own district administration.

After the First World War , the Mieders judicial district was dissolved by an ordinance of the federal government of March 29, 1923 and the area of ​​the judicial district was assigned to the Innsbruck judicial district on June 1, 1923. As a result of this measure, the Innsbruck judicial district was expanded to include the municipalities of Ellbögen , Fulpmes , Kreith , Mieders , Neustift im Stubaital , Schönberg im Stubaital and Telfes im Stubai .

The municipalities of Arzl and Mühlau were removed from the judicial district of Hall in Tirol and the communities of Leutasch , Reith bei Seefeld , Scharnitz and Seefeld in Tirol from the judicial district of Telfs and added to the judicial district of Innsbruck by an ordinance of the Federal Chancellery of July 13, 1925 .

The judicial district Hall had to hand over the municipality Terfens to the judicial district Schwaz on April 1, 1928 .

In the course of the National Socialist redistribution of the Tyrolean administrative districts, the municipalities of Kolsaß and Kolsaßberg moved from the Innsbruck-Land district to the Schwaz district with the "Ordinance of the Governor of October 15, 1938 on the division of the State of Tyrol into administrative districts" , but remained with the district since September 8th 1938 Solbad Hall in Tirol court district.

After the Second World War , the municipalities of Kolsaß and Kolsaßberg became part of the Innsbruck-Land district again on January 1, 1948.

Since the closure of the Steinach judicial district in 1977, there have been three judicial districts in the Innsbruck-Land district.
