The judicial district of Condino was the District Court Condino under standing judicial district in the princely county of Tyrol . The judicial district covered parts of Trentino and belonged to the Tione district . After the First World War , Austria had to cede the entire judicial district to Italy .

history

The Condino judicial district was created by a proclamation of the Provincial Court Introductory Commission passed in 1849 and originally comprised the 23 communities Agrone , Armo , Belone , Bersone , Bondone , Brione , Castello , Cimego , Cologna , Condino , Creto , Daone , Darzo , Lodrone , Magasa , Moerna , Persone , Por , Praso , Prezzo , Storo , Strada and Turano .

The judicial district of Condino formed political from judicial administration from 1868 together with the jurisdictions during the separation Tione and Stenico the district Tione . The judicial district had a population of 11,512 in 1869.

In 1910, 11,372 people were expelled from the judicial district, 46 of whom stated German (0.4%) and 10,975 Italian or Ladin (96.5%) as their colloquial language.

Due to the border regulations of the Treaty of Saint-Germain , concluded on September 10, 1919 , the judicial district of Condino was completely slammed into Italy.
