District Court Landeck

The judicial district of Landeck is the district court Landeck under standing judicial district in the political district of Landeck (State Tirol ). The judicial district of Landeck has included the entire political district of Landeck since 1978.

history

The judicial district of Landeck was created by a proclamation of the State Court Introductory Commission in 1849 and originally comprised the 14 communities Fließ , Flirsch , Galtür , Grins , Ischgl , Kaisers , Kappl , Landeck , Mathon , Nasserein , Pettneu , Pians , Schönwies , Stans , Austerities and zams .

In the course of the separation of the political from the judicial administration from 1868, the judicial district Landeck together with the judicial districts Nauders and Ried formed the district Landeck . The judicial district of Landeck occupied the northwestern part of the political district of Landeck.

After the end of the First World War, Austria had to cede several municipalities of the Nauders judicial district to Italy by the Treaty of Saint-Germain in 1919 , which greatly reduced the size of the Nauders judicial district. With the ordinance of the Ministry of Justice of November 29, 1920, the judicial district Nauders was dissolved and the three municipalities Nauders , Pfunds and Spiß, which remained with Austria, were added to the judicial district of Ried in Tyrol. The ordinance came into force on January 1, 1921.

On January 1, 1978, an ordinance of the federal government also dissolved the judicial district of Ried in Tirol, whereby the judicial district of Ried in Tirol (including the remains of the former judicial district of Nauders) became part of the judicial district of Landeck. The judicial district of Landeck increased by the 14 municipalities of Faggen , Fendels , Fiss , Kaunerberg , Kaunertal , Kauns , Ladis , Nauders , Pfunds , Prutz , Ried im Oberinntal , Serfaus , Spiss and Tösens or from 924.54 km² to 1,594.53 km².
