Economy and Infrastructure

Thanks to these establishments, Zellberg has a balanced number of commuters.

traffic

Zellberg is connected via the Zillertalstrasse and the Zillertalbahn (stop in Zell am Ziller). In addition, from Zellberg the apex of the Zillertaler Höhenstraße can be approached.

Others

A special feature of the municipality is that it does not have a complete sewer system for the disposal of waste water, which is unique in the Zillertal. Furthermore, in most of the community there is no connection to a public drinking water system for the households. Fire-fighting is possible for the district of Zellberzüge using 6 hydrants, but hardly possible for the rest of the municipality due to the lack of infrastructure.
