Law to restore the city of Wesseling
The Law for the Restoration of the city Wesseling of 1 June 1976 regulates the formation of the independent city of Cologne incorporated on 1 January 1975 City Wesseling . The law came into force on July 1, 1976. It bears the Wesseling law in brackets .
Brief description
§ 1 | Outsourcing of the former city of Wesseling from the area of the independent city of Cologne, incorporation of parcel 18 and parts of parcel 17 into the rebuilt city, incorporation of the city into the Erftkreis (today Rhein-Erft-Kreis ) |
§ 2 | Assignment to the district court of Brühl |
§ 3 | Dissolution of the district council of the Erftkreis, recalculation of the distribution of the council mandates of the independent city of Cologne |
§ 4 | Regulation of the takeover of civil servants, employees, workers and trainees of the city of Cologne in the service of the city of Wesseling |
§ 5 | Takeover of the retirement officials of the city of Cologne, who previously worked for the former city of Wesseling, into the regulatory area of the city of Wesseling |
§ 6 | Formation of the personnel commission of the new city of Wesseling from the council members of the former city of Wesseling |
§ 7 | Release from the obligation to post a job advertisement at the offices of municipal electoral officials |
§ 8th | Rules for housekeeping in the city of Wesseling |
§ 9 | New election of the members of the Erftkreis for the district planning council at the district president in Cologne |
§ 10 | Further regulations that concern the preparation of development plans, nature conservation, security and order as well as street cleaning |
