Gudo Hoegel
Gudo Hoegel (born April 1, 1948 in Düren ) is a German voice actor and actor .
Act
Hoegel made his television debut in 1977 in the television series In Search of Happiness . Leading roles followed in the series Mond, Mond, Mond and in several television games such as Die Bombe , Direktmandat and Datenpanne - that can't happen to us . Guest roles followed in Wolff's Revier , Derrick , Die Schwarzwaldklinik and Irgendwie und Sowieso . In Hausmeister Krause , Hoegel plays the house owner Fritsch. In the Heinz Becker family series , he appeared as a department store detective in the episode “In the supermarket”.
However, Hoegel's voice from many dubbing works is better known. He dubbed Darkwing Duck in the series of the same name, Luigi from Super Mario Bros. , Scott Bakula in the series Star Trek: Enterprise as Capt. Jonathan Archer and Back to the Past as Dr. Samuel Beckett, Richard Karn as Al Borland in Listen Who Hammered (2nd dub version), John Ratzenberger as Cliff Clavin in Cheers and Michael O'Keefe as Fred in Roseanne . Hoegel was also heard as the German voice of leading actor Mike Myers (as Dr. Evil) in Austin Powers - The Sharpest That Her Majesty has to offer and in the sequel Austin Powers - Spy in a secret missionary position . He took on the dubbing of Timothy Spall in his role as Peter Pettigrew in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire . Hoegel is also the German voice of Daniel Auteuil . In the first person shooter Bioshock he plays the role of Andrew Ryan. Among others, he dubbed Buddy Hawks and Hondo MacLean in the animated series MASK. He also dubbed Gerald Broflovski in South Park and the bus driver Otto Mann in The Simpsons . In the anime One Piece he can also be heard as the clown's buggy . In Sailor Moon , Hoegel dubbed Kunzite , one of the Big Four of the Kingdom of Dark. In The Scary Adventures of Billy and Mandy he can be heard as the scythe, the grim reaper . In the cartoon series Der Mondbär he spoke the fox Reineke . In 2007 Hoegel dubbed the role of Skinner in the animated film Ratatouille, originally spoken by Ian Holm . Between 2012 and 2014 he took on the dubbing role of Connie, the lesbian ranger in the Brickleberry series .
In addition, he also takes on roles in radio plays such as the setting of the case Der Bund der Rotschöpf in the Sherlock Holmes series by Titania Medien in 2014 .
Since the 29th season, Hoegel lends his voice to the bartender Moe Szyslak from The Simpsons . The previous speaker Bernd Simon , who spoke to him from the first season, died in November 2017. In the second (2017) and third (2018) seasons of the Amazon series The Man in the High Castle , Hoegel speaks Kenneth Tigar in the role of Heinrich Himmler .
