Hryziv

Hryziw ( Ukrainian Гриців ; Russian Грицев Grizew , Polish Hryców ) is an urban-type settlement in the north of the Ukrainian Oblast Khmelnytskyi with about 3,600 inhabitants (2014).

The village was founded in 1230 and received urban-type settlement status in 1959.

Hryziw is located in Shepetivka district on the banks of the Khomora ( Хомора ), a 114 km long, left tributary of the Slutsch , about 75 km north of Khmelnytskyi and 32 km south of the center of Shepetivka . The regional road P-32 runs alongside the village .
