IC 1619 is a galaxy of Hubble type S? in the constellation Pisces on the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 217 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about 45,000 ly.

The object was discovered on November 28, 1899 by the French astronomer Stéphane Javelle .
