ISO 3166-2: HU
The list of ISO-3166-2 codes for Hungary contains the codes for the 19 Hungarian counties , 23 cities with county status and the capital Budapest.
The codes consist of two parts separated by a hyphen. The first part gives the country code according to ISO 3166-1 (for Hungary HU), the second the code for the county or the city.
The current country code was last updated in Newsletter II-2 of June 30, 2010 ( PDF ).
