José Antonio Redolat
José Antonio Redolat ( José Antonio Redolat Contreras ; born February 17, 1976 in Campanar , Valencia ) is a former Spanish middle -distance runner who specialized in the 1,500 meter distance .
In 1998 he was eighth at the European Athletics Indoor Championships in Valencia . In 2000 he won gold at the European Indoor Championships in Ghent and reached the semi-finals at the Olympic Games in Sydney .
In 2001 he was sixth at the World Championships in Edmonton , in 2002 eleventh at the European Championships in Munich and in 2004 sixth at the World Indoor Championships in Budapest .
In 2001 he was the Spanish outdoor champion and in 1998, 1999 and 2000 indoors.
