The canton of Mas-Cabardès was 2015 a French canton in the department of Aude in the region of Languedoc-Roussillon . It comprised 15 parishes in the Arrondissement of Carcassonne ; its main town (French: chef-lieu ) was Mas-Cabardès . The nationwide changes in the composition of the cantons resulted in its dissolution in March 2015.

The canton was 156.02 km 2 and last had 2379 inhabitants (as of 2012), which corresponded to a population density of 15 inhabitants per km 2 . It was an average of 499  m , between 163  m in Lastours and 1207  m in Pradelles-Cabardès.
