The canton of Carcassonne-2 is a French constituency in the Aude department in the Occitanie region . It includes a sub-area of the municipality of Carcassonne and eight other municipalities from the Arrondissement of Carcassonne . It was re-created in 2015 as a result of the nationwide reorganization of the French cantons.
