The canton of Sigean was 2015 a French canton in the department of Aude in the region of Languedoc-Roussillon . It comprised eleven parishes in the arrondissement of Narbonne ; its main town (French: chef-lieu ) was Sigean . During the nationwide reorganization of the cantons in March 2015, the canton remained unchanged, but was renamed the canton Les Corbières-Maritimes .

The canton was 398.30 km 2 and last had 22,305 inhabitants (as of 2012), which corresponded to a population density of 56 inhabitants per km 2 . It was on average at 46  m , between sea level in Fitou and 709  m in Feuilla.
