The canton of Tuchan was a French canton in the Aude département in the Languedoc-Roussillon region until 2015 . It comprised eight parishes in the arrondissement of Narbonne ; its main town (French: chef-lieu ) was Tuchan . The nationwide changes in the composition of the cantons resulted in its dissolution in March 2015.

The canton was 198.66 km 2 and last had 1,891 inhabitants (as of 2012), which corresponded to a population density of 10 inhabitants per km 2 . It was on average at 234  m , between 110  m in Paziols and 966  m in Duilhac-sous-Peyrepertuse.
