Duilhac-sous-Peyrepertuse is a French commune with 146 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aude department in the Occitanie region . It is located in the geographic region of Corbières in the valley of the Verdouble river . The inhabitants of the municipality are called Duilhacais .

Part of the agricultural land is used for viticulture and the vineyards are within the protected designation of origin Corbières .

On May 5, 1976, the municipality name of Duilhac was changed to the current form.
