Karoline Krüger (singer)
Karoline Krüger (born February 13, 1970 in Bergen ) is a Norwegian singer .
While still a student at the katedralskole in Bergen, she won the Melodi Grand Prix and was therefore allowed to compete for her country at the Eurovision Song Contest in Dublin in 1988 . With the pop ballad For vår jord she reached fifth place. Her debut album was also released that year. She also released the English-language single You Call It Love , which was featured in the film The Student . The song reached number eight on the French singles chart. Further publications were then again limited to the Norwegian music market.
Since the 2000s she has been increasingly active as a musical performer and composer. She is married to Sigvart Dagsland and has two daughters.
