Klusy is a small town in the Polish Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship , part of the Gmina Ełk ( rural municipality of Lyck ) in the powiat Ełcki ( Lyck district ).

Klusy is located in the south-east of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship , 13 kilometers southwest of the district town of Ełk (Lyck) .

Klusy is a hamlet ( Osada in Polish ) consisting of only a few buildings. There is no evidence of its history. The proximity to a place of the same name, Klusy, only two kilometers to the west, but already in the Powiat Piski ( Johannisburg district ), is striking . What the identity of names is based on cannot be proven. The place of the same name had the German name Klaussen before 1945 , but at that time it belonged to the Lyck district and is now part of the urban and rural community of Orzysz (Arys) .

Klusy belongs to the Catholic parish in Klusy in the Diocese of Ełk of the Roman Catholic Church in Poland . The Protestant residents stick to the parish in the town of Ełk , a branch parish of the parish in Pisz ( German  Johannisburg ) in the diocese of Masuria of the Evangelical Augsburg Church in Poland .

Klusy is very conveniently located on the important Polish national road 16 (former German Reichsstraße 127 ), which runs from west to east through northern Poland. From the 656 voivodship road there is a secondary road connection from Grabnik (Grabnick) directly to Klusy.
