The Krähenmoor II is a nature reserve in the Lower Saxony municipality of Stöckse in the district of Nienburg / Weser .
The nature reserve with the sign NSG HA 103 is 180 hectares . In the west it borders directly on the nature reserve “ Krähenmoor ”, to the north and southwest it borders on the landscape protection area “Die Krähe”. The area has been a nature reserve since July 17, 1986. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Nienburg / Weser.
The nature reserve lies between Nienburg and Steimbke. This is the part one of primary and terminal moraines surrounding bog area with partly uncultivated moor, extensively a working grassland and partially abandoned bog grassland. In the peripheral areas, a few areas have been cultivated as fields and afforested areas . There are also areas with peat forest .
As part of the protection, the rewetting of the peat body as well as dekussel measures to avoid the overgrowth of the moorland is planned.
The area is traversed by Krähenmoorgraben and Schiffgraben. The Schiffgraben drains the area via the Führser Mühlbach to the Weser .
