The Circle Has ( Albanian  Rrethi i Hasit resp. Has / Hasi ) was one of the 36 administrative districts of Albania , which have been canceled in the summer of 2015 after an administrative reform. The area of ​​the district with an area of ​​374 square kilometers in the Kukës Qark today forms the municipality of Has .
