Ladomerská Vieska is a municipality in central Slovakia .
location
It is located in the Grant Valley on the left bank of the river, at the foot of the Schemnitz Mountains , 2 km from Žiar nad Hronom (right bank of the Hron). It has a train station on the Nové Zámky – Zvolen railway line .
history
The sub-locations were mentioned in 1355 (Ladomer, as Lodomar ) and 1352 (Vieska). Today's municipality was established in 1960 through the merger of the towns of Ladomer and Vieska and was part of the town of Žiar nad Hronom from 1971 to 1991.
