from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This list of the members of the Tyrolean state parliament (XIII. Legislative period) lists all the members of the Tyrolean state parliament in the XIII. Legislative period. The legislative period lasted from the constituent session on March 30, 1999 until the state parliament of the XV. Legislative period on October 21, 2003. After the state elections in Tyrol in 1999, 18 of the 36 seats went to the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP), which thus lost one seat and the absolute majority. The Social Democratic Party of Austria (SPÖ) was represented by eight members in the state parliament, and was able to win an additional mandate in the 1999 state election. The Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ) won one seat and had seven members in the new state parliament, while Die Grünen Tirol (GRÜNE) lost one seat and was only represented by three members in the state parliament.

In the first session of the Tyrolean state parliament, the inauguration of the state parliament members took place, followed by the election of the members of the Tyrolean state government. The government members of the Weingartner III regional government subsequently renounced their state parliament mandates and were only members of the Tyrolean state parliament for a short time during the session. The last, 34th session of the XIII. The legislative period took place on July 4, 2003.

In the "Landtag Club of the Freedom Party", the previous club chairman Johannes Lugger was confirmed in his office, with Dietmar Hofreiter being elected as his new deputy.
