List of cultural assets in Worb
The list of cultural assets in Worb contains all objects in the municipality of Worb in the canton of Bern that are subject to the Hague Convention for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict , the Federal Act of June 20, 2014 on the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflicts and the Ordinance of June 29 , 2014 October 2014 on the protection of cultural property in the event of armed conflict .
Objects in categories A and B are completely included in the list, objects in category C are currently missing (as of January 1, 2018). Among other monuments objects are found, the "worthy of protection" in the canton of Bern Bauinventar than are listed.

The core of the castle dates back to the 11th century , from 1469 it was expanded and rebuilt in several stages to its present day shape. The extensive system on a rock spur has the shape of an almost isosceles triangle with an effectively staggered series of towers, circular wall and a baroque wing from 1643 pushed onto the south-east side of the courtyard. In the older parts, valuable rooms and furnishings from the 15th and 16th centuries can be found .

The church building, which was built in the 11th century and has been rebuilt and expanded several times since then, is essentially an early Romanesque hall church . The recessed polygonal choir , the side tower and the sacristy date from 1520/21. Inside there are remains of paintings from the third quarter of the 15th century and a decorative choir vault. The furnishings come from the turn of the late Gothic to the early Renaissance .

In the years 1734 to 1737 probably by Albrecht Stürler built castle in the late Baroque style. The building, located between a courtyard of honor and a garden, is an axially symmetrical structure under a slightly bent full hipped roof . It has tightly structured facades with three-dimensional ornamentation in the Regency style . The central axes are emphasized by the porch porch, round gable and bell tower or, on the south side, by an elevated central projection with triangular gable.

The hunting lodge , built in two stages between 1587 and 1602, is an elongated two-storey building under a Gerschild roof. The massive ground floor is decorated with sandstone structures and dome windows , the upper floor is accessed via an outside staircase. Inside, a late Renaissance - Eichentäfer to find and a painted ceiling of the hall, both dating back to 1670/80. A walkway connects the residential building with the east-facing observation tower. |
