List of cultural assets in Köniz
The list of cultural assets in Köniz contains all objects in the municipality of Köniz in the canton of Bern that are subject to the Hague Convention for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict , the Federal Act of June 20, 2014 on the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflicts and the Ordinance of June 29 , 2014 October 2014 on the protection of cultural property in the event of armed conflict .
Objects in categories A and B are completely included in the list, objects in category C are currently missing (as of January 1, 2018). Among other monuments protected objects are found, the "worthy of protection" in the canton of Bern Bauinventar than are listed.

The castle , which has been built in several construction phases since the 11th century, was initially a monastery of the Augustinian Canons , later a commandery of the Teutonic Order and a Bernese bailiff; today used as a parsonage and parish center. The neighboring Romanesque church also dates back to the 11th century and received its current appearance in the 1780s. Several ancillary buildings also belong to the ensemble.

Farmhouse built in 1772 in frame plank construction with a six-axis gable front over the free-standing wall of the vaulted cellar . The bent quarter-hipped roof is completed by a round with soffit painting (celestial bodies and vegetable motifs). The upper floors have circumferential arbors and continuous window sills. The gates of the tennis court are painted and provided with inscriptions.

Between 1830 and 1832 by Friedrich Ludwig Osterrieth on the foundations of a previous building, Campagne in the style of Palladianism was built . The brightly plastered, two-storey solid building with a cross-shaped floor plan with four similar facades has a flat hipped roof raised by a lantern . The building is surrounded by an English landscape park .

Farmhouse built around 1500 to 1505 , with several far-reaching changes since 1880. Post construction with high, bent full hipped roof on multi-row post scaffolding. The woodwork and the decor are characterized by high quality, regularity and symmetry. The four-sided regular sequence of windows and openings on the mighty, grooved windowsill on the upper floor is unique.

The large farmhouse , built in 1783 in post- and- beam construction, has an eight-axis front with richly decorated curbs and a steep, bent quarter-hipped roof . The basement plinth is plastered, the entrances to the vaulted cellars are surrounded by profiled basket arches. On the ground floor the individual windows are arranged between window sills decorated with carnies , on the upper floor the row windows are equipped with slug panes .

The Stöckli , built in 1784, is a stand construction on a sandstone cellar with side arbors and a quarter hipped roof . A round with a wavy edge rises above the three-axis front . The facades painted by Christian Megert (ornamental, figurative representations of patriotic, biblical and allegorical content) are supposed to be executed in stone.

In 1972 the remains of a Roman manor were discovered for the first time during construction work . The main building in particular is exceptionally well preserved. Some of the walls still have colored plastering, and the mosaic floor is also in good condition . Various stray finds indicate the establishment in the second half of the 2nd century.

Manorial country residence built by Carl Ahasver von Sinner in 1790 . Cubic, plastered solid construction on five axes with sandstone pilaster strips under a high hipped roof and with subsequently glazed entrance loggia with Tuscan columns. The ensemble also includes the barn built in 1836 and the granary from 1791.
