Loupiac is a French commune with 260 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Lot department in the Occitanie region . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Gourdon and Canton Souillac . The inhabitants are called "Loupiacais" or "Loupiacaises".

The municipality is located in the Bouriane countryside between Cahors (51 kilometers southwest) and Souillac (13 kilometers north).
Loupiac is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Lanzac in the north, Pinsac in the northeast, Calès in the east, Payrac in the south, Rouffilhac in the southwest, Lamothe-Fénelon in the west and Nadaillac-de-Rouge in the northwest.
