Dégagnac ( Occitan : Deganhac ) is a place and a municipality ( commune ) in the south of France with 1,211 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Lot department in the north of the Occitania region . The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Gourdon and the Canton of Gourdon (until 2015: Canton Salviac ).

Dégagnac is about 23 kilometers north-northwest of Cahors in the historic Quercy countryside . Dégagnac is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Léobard in the north, Gourdon in the north and northeast, Concorès in the east, Peyrilles in the southeast, Lavercantière and Rampoux in the south, Gindou in the southwest and Salviac in the west.
