The Magerweide southeast of Volkensen is a nature reserve in the Lower Saxony municipality of Elsdorf in the Rotenburg (Wümme) district .

The nature reserve with the sign NSG LÜ 062 is 12.7  hectares in size. The area southeast of the villages of Volkensen and Nindorf puts the rest of an old cultural landscape under protection, which was formerly extensively managed by grazing. It is predominantly characterized by moist grassland with pipe grass and bell heather , in the peripheral areas there are also dry sandy grasslands and sandy heather .

The area has been a nature reserve since April 27, 1976. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the Rotenburg (Wümme) district.
