The Swatte Flag is a nature reserve in the Lower Saxony municipalities of Breddorf and Hepstedt in the combined municipality of Tarmstedt in the district of Rotenburg (Wümme) .

The nature reserve with the registration number NSG LÜ 054 is 16.4  hectares in size. It is located west of Breddorf and in the south of the Breddorfer Moor. The nature reserve protects two Heideschlatts and the heather-covered area surrounding them. The former moorland surrounding the nature reserve is cultivated and is mainly used for agriculture .

The area has been a nature reserve since May 2, 1965. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the Rotenburg (Wümme) district.
