Marianne Mosa
Marianne Mosa , sometimes also Marianne Mosar , (* in the 20th century) is a German actress , voice actress , radio presenter and radio play speaker .
life and career
Marianne Mosa first studied German language and literature and philosophy at the Free University of Berlin before coming into contact with drama through the student stage. She was discovered in a nativity scene by director Heinrich Koch , who brought her to Frankfurt as a senior director at the Städtische Bühnen . One year later, in 1958, she married in Stuttgart-Obertürkheim, said goodbye to the theater for the time being and turned to film, television and radio plays as an actress. After an audition at the WDR in Cologne, she started a long-term radio play speaker career with contributions in numerous broadcasters in Germany. She was the spokesperson for the successful Bastei-Lübbe series Geisterjäger John Sinclair for the Braun recording studio . In addition, she worked as a radio presenter on the radio, so she presented Gala, her own program on Sunday evening on Süddeutscher Rundfunk .
In the 1950s and 1960s she gave her voice to many well-known international actresses in the cinema, including stars such as Claudia Cardinale , Jean Seberg , Judy Garland , Susannah York , Faye Dunaway , and Anne Bancroft in over 60 dubbing works .
During this time she was also seen as an actress in a few selected film and television roles, including 1957 in the television film by Hannes Tannert Your 106th Birthday , 1961 in Rainer Wolffhardt's production of Schweyk during World War II , and 1963 in the television film production Der arme Bitos ... or The Dinner of the Heads by director Peter Beauvais or in 1965 in Hans Quest's television comedy Immer und Noch ein Tag . Guest roles in the series Tatort and Polizeiruf 110 followed in the 1990s .
