Mausoléo ( Corsican U Musuleu ) is a municipality on the French island of Corsica . It belongs to the Corsica region , the Haute-Corse department , the Calvi arrondissement and the canton of L'Île-Rousse .
geography
The center of the village is about 720 meters above sea level in the Corsican mountains. The municipality borders on Pioggiola to the north, Olmi-Cappella to the east and south and Calenzana to the west . In the south, the La Tartagine river forms the border with Olmi-Chapella. This takes on the Melaja, which forms the municipality boundary in the northwest. Local elevations are called

- Cima Gallichiccia (1279 m),
- Cima Pagliaghju (1183 m).
