Patrimonio ( Corsican Patrimoniu ) is a municipality on the French island of Corsica . It belongs to the Haute-Corse department , the Calvi arrondissement and the Cap Corse canton . The residents call themselves Patrimoniens or Patrimuninchi.
geography
Patrimonio borders the Mediterranean Sea in the west . Neighboring municipalities are Farinole in the north, San-Martino-di-Lota in the northeast, Ville-di-Pietrabugno in the east, Bastia in the southeast, Barbaggio in the south and Saint-Florent in the southwest.

economy
A wine-growing region is named after Patrimonio , which also includes vines in the communities of Barbaggio , Farinole , Oletta , Poggio-d'Oletta , Saint-Florent and Santo-Pietro-di-Tenda .
Partner municipality
Efforts have been made since 2016 to establish a partnership with the German local community of Bechtolsheim . On November 11, 2018, the 100th anniversary of the end of the First World War , the partnership was established at a ceremony in Patrimonio.
