Ville-di-Paraso ( Corsican E Ville di Parasu ) is a municipality in the Balagne region on the French island of Corsica . It belongs to the Corsica region , the Haute-Corse department , the Calvi arrondissement and the canton of L'Île-Rousse . The residents call themselves Villais or Villesi .
geography
Ville-di-Paraso is about 400 meters above sea level. The neighboring municipalities are Monticello in the north, Occhiatana and Costa in the east, Pioggiola in the south and Speloncato in the west. Creeks such as the Ruisseau de San Clemente, the Ruisseau de Pinzu Corbo and the Ruisseau de Carignelli flow through Ville-di-Paraso.
