Farinole

Farinole ( Corsican Ferringule ) is a commune in the French Haute-Corse on the island of Corsica . It belongs to the canton of Cap Corse in the Arrondissement of Calvi . The residents call themselves Farinolais or Ferringulesi.

geography

The settlement area is on average 200 meters above sea level on Cap Corse and consists of the villages Sparagaggio, Bracolaccia, Poggio, Pescatoja, San Daniello and Marine de Farinole. The municipality borders the Mediterranean Sea to the northwest and the Gulf of Saint-Florent to the west. The neighboring communities are Olmeta-di-Capocorso in the north, Santa-Maria-di-Lota in the northeast and east and Patrimonio in the southeast and south.
