Maxime Aglago Awoudja (born February 2, 1998 in Munich ) is a German soccer player . He is under contract with VfB Stuttgart and is a young German national player .

Career

At the age of four, Awoudja joined the youth department of SpVgg Thalkirchen. Later he played in his youth first for SV 1880 Munich and from 2007 for FC Bayern Munich . He converted a penalty in the final of the A-Junioren-Bundesliga 2016/17 against Borussia Dortmund and became German U-19 runner-up. With the second team of FC Bayern Awoudja prevailed in 2019 as champion of the Regionalliga Bayern in the promotion round to the 3rd division. With the reserve he also won the Premier League International Cup .

On July 5, 2019, he moved to VfB Stuttgart and signed a contract with a term until June 2022. Awoudja played in the 2nd Bundesliga on July 26, 2019 on the 1st matchday of the 2019/20 season against Hannover 96 for the Swabian professional team his debut when he came on for the injured Marcin Kamiński . In the 39th minute of the game, when he tried to block the ball in the penalty area against Hendrik Weydandt, he underwent his own goal with his first ball to make it 2-1. At the U19 European Championship in 2017 , he played against Bulgaria and England and missed the semi-finals with Germany. For the German U20 national team , he played against the Czech Republic on September 4, 2017.
