Miss Czech Republic
Miss Czech Republic is a national beauty pageant for unmarried women in the Czech Republic that goes back to the Miss Czechoslovakia competition .
After the division of Czechoslovakia on January 1, 1993, the title Miss Czechoslovakia was no longer awarded, even if a joint contest for Miss Czech and Slovak Republic took place in the first year .
The Art Production K./2 agency continued to hold the elections, but since 1994 only in the Czech Republic under the title Miss Czech Republic ( Miss České republiky ). The winners also took part in Miss World .
Since 2005 the agency Central European Models has organized a competition for the Czech Miss ( Česká Miss ), the winners of which are candidates for the Miss Universe .
Both companies merged in 2010 under the name Česká Miss and only continue this competition. Michaela Maláčová is the managing director .
