NSWRL 1928

The 1928 NSWRL was the twenty-first season of the New South Wales Rugby League Premiership , the first Australian rugby league championship. The first place in the table after the end of the season occupied the St. George Dragons , who were eliminated in the semifinals against the South Sydney Rabbitohs . They won against the Eastern Suburbs 26: 5 in the final and became the first team to win the NSWRL for the fourth time in a row. It was her eighth title overall.
