NSWRL 1955

The 1955 NSWRL was the 48th season of the New South Wales Rugby League Premiership , the first Australian rugby league championship. The first place in the table after the end of the regular season occupied the Newtown Jets . They lost in the final 11:12 against the South Sydney Rabbitohs , who won the NSWRL for the third time in a row and for the 16th time overall.
