NSWRL 1953

The 1953 NSWRL was the 46th season of the New South Wales Rugby League Premiership , the first Australian rugby league championship. The first place in the table after the end of the regular season occupied the South Sydney Rabbitohs . They won the final 31:12 against the St. George Dragons and thus the NSWRL for the 14th time.
