NSWRL 1954

The 1954 NSWRL was the 47th season of the New South Wales Rugby League Premiership , the first Australian rugby league championship. The first place in the table after the end of the regular season occupied the Newtown Jets . They lost in the final 15:23 against the South Sydney Rabbitohs , who won the NSWRL for the 15th time.
