NSWRL 1980

The NSWRL 1980 was the 73rd season of the New South Wales Rugby League Premiership , the first Australian rugby league championship. The first place in the table after the end of the regular season occupied the Eastern Suburbs Roosters . This lost in the final 4:18 against the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs , which won the NSWRL for the third time.
