Nalasut [ nalasutˢʰ ] (according to the old spelling Nalassut ) is a waste fallen Greenland Schäfer settlement in the district Nanortalik in the kujalleq .

location

Nalasut is located on the south coast of Tasiusaq Bay , which is named for the 2.8 km northwest of Tasiusaq . 4 km to the north is the shepherd's settlement Saputit on the north bank of the bay . The bay flows into the Tasermiut Kangerluat (Ketilsfjord), on which the shepherd's settlement Nuugaarsuk is located.

Population development

Nalasut was uninhabited between 1994 and 2001. In 2012, two residents were counted, while Nalasut was again uninhabited in 2013. The last known population of the shepherd settlements was for 2013. Nalasut is listed under "Farms near Tasiusaq" for statistical purposes.
