Oder-Neisse cycle path (D12)

The Oder-Neisse cycle path (actually: Neisse-Oder cycle path) is a long- distance cycle path of around 630 kilometers . It begins in the Czech Republic , in Nová Ves nad Nisou at the source of the Lusatian Neisse , and follows it to its confluence with the Oder . From Zittau , the route in Germany leads westwards along the Oder-Neisse border to Poland , along flat river landscapes to the Stettiner Haff and to Ahlbeck on Usedom .
In the Czech Republic, the cycle path has route numbers 3038 on the upper reaches and 14 in the section south of Liberec to the border. The route in Germany corresponds to D-Route 12.
