history

Gutsdorf, formerly known as Ernsthof , was one of ten municipalities in 1874 that formed the newly established Adamsheide district .

In 1907 Ernsthof had 41 residents.

On September 30, 1928, the Ernsthof estate merged with the Rogalwalde estate to form the new rural community of Rogalwalde. Until 1945, the village belonged to the Darkehmen district (1938 Angerapp district , 1939–1945 Angerapp district ) in the Gumbinnen administrative district of the Prussian province of East Prussia .

As a result of the Second World War , Ernsthof, like all of northern East Prussia, came under Soviet administration and was given the name Ogorodnoje in 1946 . By 2009 the place was incorporated into the Nekrasovsky soviet (Dorfsovjet Nekrassowo) in the Kaliningrad Oblast , which has been in Russia since 1991/92 , and then became part of the Novostrojewskoje selskoje posselenije (rural community Novostrojewo) in the Osjorsk district due to a structural and administrative reform .

church

Until 1945 Ernsthof was parish in the parish of Karpowen (1938-1946 Karpauen ) due to its majority Protestant population . It belonged to the Darkehmen church district (1938–1946 Angerapp , since 1946: Osjorsk) in the church province of East Prussia of the Church of the Old Prussian Union . The last German clergyman was Pastor Ernst Salkowski .

Today Ogorodnoye is in the catchment area of the Evangelical community in Chernyakhovsk , which belongs to the Kaliningrad provost of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of European Russia (ELKER).
