history

In 1818 there were 99 inhabitants in the Lenkimmen manor . Their number rose to 181 by 1863, in 1907 it was already 204 and in 1925 it was already 221. On September 30, 1928, Lenkimmen (Domain) joined the rural community of Lasdienen to form the new rural community of Lenkimmen in the district of Jurgaitschen (1938–1946 Jürgenfelde , since 1946: Judino) together. Two months later, parts of Lenkimmen were reclassified into the rural community of Elkinehlen (1938–1946 Elken , since 1946: Donskoje).

In 1933 and 1939 there were 207 inhabitants in Lenkimmen. On June 3, 1938 - with official confirmation from July 16, 1938 - Lenkimmen was renamed "Uhlenhorst" for political and ideological reasons. Until 1945, the village belonged to the Darkehmen district (1938 Angerapp district , 1939–1945 Angerapp district ) in the Gumbinnen administrative district of the Prussian province of East Prussia .

As a result of the Second World War , the place with the entire northern East Prussia came under Soviet administration and in 1946 was named "Lipki". Until 2009 it was incorporated into the Novostrojewski soviet (Dorfsovjet Novostrojewo ( Trempen )) and then came - due to a structural and administrative reform in the since 1991/92 Russian Oblast Kaliningrad - as a "settlement" (possjolok) classified place of Novostrojewskoje selskoje posselenije (rural municipality Novostrojewo) in Osyorsk district .

church

Lenkimmen / Uhlenhorst belonged to the parish Ballethen (since 1946: Sadowoje) in the church district Darkehmen (1938–1946 Angerapp , since 1946: Osjorsk) in the church province of East Prussia of the Church of the Old Prussian Union until 1945 with its almost exclusively Protestant population . The last German clergyman was Pastor Joachim Großkreutz .

During the time of the Soviet Union , church life was forbidden. It was not until the 1990s that numerous new Protestant congregations were founded in the Kaliningrad Oblast. Lipki is located in the catchment area of the parish in Chernyakhovsk ( Insterburg ), which is incorporated into the newly built provost of Kaliningrad within the Evangelical Lutheran Church of European Russia (ELKER).
