Place name

The place name "Schiguljowo" existed a second time in the Kaliningrad Oblast and stood for the place with the German name Wittgirren , Pillkallen district (1938–1946 Autovermietung , Schloßberg district). This place no longer exists today.

history

The place called Tannenrode at the time was laid out as a suburb of the manor district Outlook (Russian: Oktjabrskoje) and was thus integrated into the district of Klein Beynuhnen (1938–1946 Kleinbeinuhnen , from 1946: Uljanowskoje). This belonged to the Darkehmen district (1939–1945 Angerapp district ) in the Gumbinnen administrative district of the Prussian province of East Prussia until 1945 . In 1905, just 13 people lived in one house in Tannenrode.

In 1945 northern East Prussia became part of the Soviet Union , and in 1946 Tannenrode was renamed "Schiguljowo". Until 2009, the place in the since 1991/92 Russian Oblast Kaliningrad was incorporated into the Novostrojewski soviet (Dorfsovjet Novostrojewo ( Trempen )) and then came to Novostrojewskoje selskoje Posselenije (rural community Novostrojewo) due to a structural and administrative reform as a "settlement" .

church

Before 1945, almost the entire population of Tannenrode was of Protestant denomination and belonged to the parish Trempen (Russian: Novostrojewo) in the church district Darkehmen (1938–1946 Angerapp , Russian: Osjorsk) in the church province of East Prussia of the Church of the Old Prussian Union .

Today Schiguljowo is in the catchment area of the evangelical parish of the Salzburg Church in Osjorsk , which is assigned to the Kaliningrad provost of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of European Russia (ELKER).
