The Solomon Islands participated in the 2012 Olympic Games in London . It was the eighth total participation in the Summer Olympics. The National Olympic Committee of Solomon Islands nominated four athletes in three sports.

The flag bearer at the opening ceremony was weightlifter Jenly Tego Wini .
