The women's triple jump at the 2019 Pan American Games took place on August 9 at the Villa Deportiva Nacional in the Peruvian capital Lima .

14 women triple jumpers from eleven countries took part in the competition. The gold medal was won by Yulimar Rojas with 15.11 m, which was also a new record for the Pan American Games. Silver went to Shanieka Ricketts with 14.77 m and the bronze medal went to Liadagmis Povea with 14.60 m.
