Pastetten ( Bavarian : Baschding) is a municipality in the district of Erding ( administrative district of Upper Bavaria ) and a member of the administrative community of the same name .

geography

The municipality of Pastetten extends on the Munich gravel plain, which runs out here, which merges further east into a forest and hill country and further south into the Ebersberg forest. There is only the district Pastetten. Parts of the municipality are Birkeln, Dürnberg, Erlbach, Fendsbach, Harrain, Harthofen, Katterloh, Moosstetten, Oberschwillach, Ötz, Pastetten, Poigenberg, Reithofen, Taing and Zeilern.

history

Until the church is planted

Pastetten was first mentioned in 957 in a document from Bishop Abraham von Freising Pastetten as "Poustetin". Pastetten has been known as Hofmark in the possession of the noble Preysing family since the end of the 15th century . In 1682 the Preysing sold the Hofmark Pastetten (with the associated Hofmark Kopfsburg) to the Hochstift Freising . These historical relationships were recorded in the coat of arms by the Mohrenkopf from the Freising diocese coat of arms and by the silver battlement wall from the Preysing coat of arms. The Hofmark was abolished in 1803 with the Hochstift Freising.

From 1818

In the course of the administrative reforms in Bavaria, today's municipality was created with the municipal edict of 1818. The parish seat was transferred from Poigenberg to Pastetten in 1854.

Between 1988 and 2018 the municipality grew from 1,739 to 2,716 by 977 inhabitants or by 56.2%.

According to official statistics, there were 46 employees at the place of work in the manufacturing sector and 34 in trade and transport. In other areas of the economy 235 people were employed at the place of work subject to social security contributions. There were a total of 789 employees at the place of residence subject to social insurance contributions. There were two companies in the manufacturing sector and five in the construction sector.

Pastetten is located in the Munich region about 14 km south of the district town of Erding , 20 km southwest of Dorfen , 17 km north of Ebersberg and 32 km east of the state capital Munich . The nearest train stations are in Hörlkofen and Markt Schwaben , six kilometers away , from which a connection with the Munich S-Bahn to the state capital is guaranteed.

The intersection of the two state roads 2332 and 2331 is also located in the municipal area . The A 94 motorway, which opened on August 31, 2011 and runs north-west of the site, is also located at junction 13 (Pastetten) . Planning and the start of construction were delayed for over 20 years due to many civil protests within the Pastetten community.
