Primera División 1969/70

The Primera División 1970/71 was the 40th season of the highest Spanish football league . It started on September 12, 1970 and ended on April 18, 1971.

Valencia CF became Spanish champions for the fourth time. The team of coach Alfredo di Stéfano prevailed against CF Barcelona with equal points due to the direct comparison (2: 0 and 1: 1).
